Dataset description

Forest and agricultural change layer between 2012 and 2008, calculated from differences between SPOT5 images of both years (multispectral and panchromatic bands). The change layer is obtained by unsupervised automatic classification, aimed at detecting changes in the legend of the forest and agricultural classes of SIOSE-Andalucía. Within the agricultural class there is a difference between arable and woody crops. Therefore, 4 layers of change are obtained: changes in the forest area, arable crops, woody crops and unproductive soil. In arable crops, the classes of SIGPAC arable and orchard land have been considered; for the woody type 16 SIGPAC classes (fruit-citrus association, citrus fruit association, citrus-shell fruit association, citrus-wine association, fruit-fruit association, shell/olive fruit, shell fruit, shell/vine fruit, fruit, island of olive groves, olive-fruit association, olive-fruit association, fruit-wine association, vineyard, olive-wine association). In the unproductive, which includes that SIGPAC class, a 10 m buffer has been made to ensure that at least one pixel is evaluated with SPOT images. The results are obtained in 10 m spatial resolution raster format, including change images and change images with a 3x3 pixel fashion filter. The series comprises the images corresponding to the change layers of scene 040275. Also included in vector format are the change layer of the different strata, the shapefile of the work unit, the cloud layer, forest area, agricultural area with woody, herbaceous and unproductive crops.
