Landscape elements of the geographical information system for agricultural parcels (SIGPAC)

Landscape elements (EEPP) are regulated by Royal Decree 1078/2014 of 19 December 2014 laying down the rules on cross-compliance. Article 2 of the aforementioned Royal Decree defines the characteristics of the terrain, such as hedges, isolated trees, in row and in groups, boundaries, ponds, lagoons, ponds and natural waterfalls, islands and enclaves of natural vegetation or rock, retention terraces and, where the autonomous community so determines, majanos, small buildings such as dry stone walls, old pigeons or other elements of traditional architecture that may serve as shelters for flora and fauna, with the exception of constructions that could pose a health risk to the herd or wildlife.
