Dataset description
The base map service is offered as a background map to IDEIB viewers. It is generated automatically from the BTIB (topographic base of the Balearic Islands 1: 5000 of 2018), therefore, it contains the same data of the BTIB, but they are only visualized according to the scale at which we are. From the 1: 500 scale to 1: 10,000 the geographical names come from the BTIB. And from 1: 10,000 to 1: 800,000 the toponymy used is the one defined according to the scale of the nomenclature.
It is configured to be displayed from a scale of 1: 500 to 1: 3,000,000.
