Maps of Danger and Flood Risk in the Spanish part of the Guadiana Hydrographic Demarcation (2016-2021)

Flood hazard maps and flood risk maps for return periods of 10, 100 and 500 years in the Spanish part of the Guadiana demarcation. Flood Hazardous Maps include three scenarios: Low, Medium and High probability of flooding. Flood Risk Maps show the adverse consequences of flooding on people, economic activities, the environment and points of particular importance (EDAR, IPPC, Cultural Heritage, Civil Protection). The resulting maps and documents were reported favourably by the Committee of Competent Authorities of the Guadiana Basin at its meeting on 2 September 2015.
