Natura 2000 limits (SCI, SAC and SPA) in Andalusia: 2014

Layer of the European Ecological Network Natura 2000 (SCI, SAC and SPA) in Andalusia. It includes the 3 types of Natura 2000 Network Protected Areas: sites of Community Importance (SCI), Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) and Special Protection Areas for Birds (SPAs) declared until December 2014, competence of the Junta de Andalucía. Also in this layer are included, where appropriate, the spaces proposed as Sites of Community Importance (pLIC), because from this moment on, they enjoy a preventive protection regime, according to article 43.2 of Law 42/2007 of December 13, Natural Heritage and Biodiversity. The declaration of all the SACs and SPAs has been reported to the Ministry with competence in the environment, for the purpose of its communication to the European Commission, in accordance with Article 45 of Law 42/2007, of 13 December, on Natural Heritage and Biodiversity
