Dataset description

It contains the current delimitation of the European Ecological Network Natura 2000 in Andalusia. It includes the 3 types of Natura 2000 Network Protected Areas: sites of Community Importance (SCI), Special Areas of Conservation (SACs) and Special Protection Areas for Birds (SPAs) declared until February 2017, competence of the Junta de Andalucía. Also in this layer are included, where appropriate, the spaces proposed as Sites of Community Importance (pLIC), because from this moment on, they enjoy a preventive protection regime, according to article 43.2 of Law 42/2007
