Offer of Dental Care Services and Persons Right to Benefit

The Offer of Dental Care Services (public, private, public and private, without contracting and without offer in the municipality) and persons entitled to the provision guarantees basic dental assistance and special treatments to all persons between 6 and 15 years old protected by the Public Health System of Andalusia residing in the Andalusian Autonomous Community, progressively implemented. It reflects, in a polygonal layer, the type of offer, the number of tenders in the municipality, whether public or private, as well as the number of persons entitled to the benefit. They are created for the purpose of planning and managing dental care in Andalusia, which are regulated by Decree 281/2001 of 26 December 2001 and the Order of 19 March 2002 implementing that decree. The information collected at scale 1:100,000 is created and stored in GIS format, updated annually since 2002, in the Ministry of Health.
