Planning of the Territory of Cantabria

Spatial planning data sets: ** Special plan of the Cantabrian Roads and Roads Network (CFSP), approved by Cantabria Decree 51/2010 of 26 August 2010. The datasets that make up this series are in total four: * Tracing of the Great Coastal Tour (GRL), with its corresponding fragmentation into paths.* Traces of the Small Litoral Routes (PRL), with its corresponding fragmentation in paths.* Categorisation of subtrams of the Great Litoral Tour, with the characterisation by levels according to the environmental environments through which each subsection GRL transits.* Categorisation of sub-strands of the Small Litoral Tours, with the characterisation by levels according to the environmental environments through which each subsection PRL transits. ** Singular Regional Interest Projects (PSIR); instrument of spatial planning provided for by Law 2/2001 of 24 June 2001 on Territorial Planning and Urban Planning of the Land of Cantabria. This set of data allows to know which parts of the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria have approved or in process a Singular Project of Regional Interest.** Zoning imposed by the Law of Cantabria 2/2004, of September 24, on the Plan of Planning of the Litoral in its Annex I. This set of data allows to know which category of zoning of the aforementioned law corresponds to each part of the coastal territory of Cantabria, and consequently to be able to know what restrictions, determinations and guidelines are established in each case on the territory. ** Special Bay Plan (PEB); its purpose is to establish the objectives, define the criteria and set the rules and guidelines for management in the field of the Strategic Comprehensive Reordering Action Bahia de Santander set out in Annex III of the Law of Cantabria 2/2004, of September 27, of the Plan of Planning of the Litoral.
