Dataset description

WMS service corresponding to the figure of Geopark declared by UNESCO. It represents a territory with a particular geological wealth and a sustainable territorial development strategy supported by a European programme to promote development. Andalusia has three Geoparks: Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park (June 2001), Natural Park of the Sierras Subbéticas (July 2006) and Sierra Norte Natural Park (September 2011). Node of the Environmental Information Network of Andalusia. Junta de Andalucia. Integrated into the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia, following the guidelines of the Andalusian Cartographic System.
