WMS service corresponding to Habitat of Community Interest 1160 concerning large coves and shallow bays Great incoming coastal areas where, in contrast to estuaries, the influence of fresh water is generally very limited, and which are relatively protected from the effect of waves. Within the HIC would include inlets, estuaries, bays, coves, etc. The outer limit will be given by the straight line linking the two ends of the concavity of the geographical accident, while the inner limit is given by the average height of the tides. The depth would not exceed a few tens of meters. They are environments with very variable characteristics that depend on factors such as the hardness of the substrate (rocous or sandy), the exposure to waves, the intensity of the tides or the depth of the water, among others.
