WMS service corresponding to the non-priority Habitat of Community Interest at European level, but proposed as a priority for Andalusia 3160, formed by lagoons and natural ponds with dyed waters due to the presence of peat and humic acids, usually in turbos soils in swampy areas or in heaths with natural evolution towards peatlands. They are areas where there is an accumulation of recalcitrant organic matter, mainly of plant origin, and of difficult decomposition, which generates an oligotrophic and low oxygenated environment. In our region, these formations are very scarce and are in clear danger of disappearance. They are characterised by their small extent, by the presence of shallow waters, never very deep, and by the little power of the peat formed. In Andalusia, the main turbose areas are limited to a few very shallow lagoons and wetlands, developed in Doñana coastal dune systems, small siliceous areas of the Alcornocales Natural Park, and Sphagnum peatlands located in Sierra Nevada.
