REDIAM. WMS HIC 3290 Mediterranean rivers of intermittent flow of Paspalo-Agrostidion

WMS service corresponding to the Habitat of non-priority Community Interest 3290 of intermittent river streams that are often completely dry out in summer, sometimes leaving small areas steeped in the concavities of the riverbed, and that carry a diverse river vegetation, always being communities of amphibious meadows of compact alms. These pastures occupy compact muddy substrates, moist in the summer and flooded during the flooding. The renewal of these sludge is not annual or almost annual, as in the case of the pioneering communities of sludge present in habitat type 3270, which allows the establishment of perennial vegetation. These amphibious nitrophilic meadows are almost monospecific grasses dominated by rhizomatous and crawling grasses, such as Paspalum paspalodes and P. vaginatum. Other species present at times are Cyperus fuscus, Ranunculus sceleratus, Polypogon viridis, Cynodon dactylon, or some of the annual habitat type 3270.
