Composed of shrub riverside communities dominated by the tamujo (Flueggea tinctoria), Iberian endemism of the siliceous stony beds of the sudocciedental area of the peninsula. Tamujares usually have not very high coverage, usually less than 75 %, although sometimes they can be very dense. Its average height is usually around 2 meters. In addition to tamujo, other shrubs and lianas such as adelfa (Nerium oleander), wild vine (Vitis vinifera subsp. sylvestris), bush (Rubus ulmifolius) or various species of roses (Rosa spp.), although these species appear with a very low percentage of presence, clearly dominated by tamujo.
