Dataset description

WMS service corresponding to meteorological models for use in hydrometeorological pre-alert systems. This project contains cartographic outputs resulting from the application of a statistical model of precipitation prediction based on the analogue system from the current day and with a time horizon of 10 days. Provides information on estimated precipitation in tenths of millimeters. The prediction of daily precipitation is established by a joint or ensemble assessment of the models developed by the European Centre for Medium-Term Prediction. In this way, a total of 50 possible daily precipitation scenarios will be considered, from which the three corresponding to the percentiles of 25 %, 50 % and 75 % are selected, which indicate the probability of occurrence of 75 %, 50 % and 25 %, respectively. The study area corresponds to all the intra-Community river basin districts (Mediterranean basins, Tinto-Odiel-Piedras and Guadalete-Barbate) and to the part of the inter-community river basin districts (Guadalquivir, Guadiana and Segura) that are within the Andalucian community or that are spilled towards it from border regions. Node of the Environmental Information Network of Andalusia. Junta de Andalucia. Integrated into the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia, following the guidelines of the Andalusian Cartographic System.
