REDIAM. WMS Physiomic Landscape Units for 2003

REDIAM. WMS service of the map of physionomic units for the year 2003, obtained from the Map of Plant Uses and Coverages of Andalusia of the same year. Physionomic units (FUs) can be understood as the interpretation of the landscape sense of land uses and covers. They identify recognizable and distinguishable landscapes, based mainly on phenosystemic issues: texture, sorting and color etc. They can be viewed through the map service that you can access through the following link (hyperlink to the Andalusian Landscape Map service). They have been obtained from the methodology drawn for the Landscape Map of Andalusia in its second level of analysis, which is based on the analysis of land and relief uses. However, here the UFs of a geomorphological nature that derive from the latter are not considered, since these are not subject to a temporal variation and, therefore, they cannot be tracked. The result is 24 physionomic units that are represented on this map by a frame of solid colors. Node of the Environmental Information Network of Andalusia. Junta de Andalucia.
