REDIAM. WMS Project CAMP. Valuation of the territory of the Levante de Almería: Territory Vulnerability Maps, 2012

WMS service corresponding to the Information System for the CAMP Levante de Almería. Within the Singular Project — Assessment of the territory — an analysis of the vulnerability of the CAMP territory has been carried out based on its physical environmental characteristics, given the hypothesis of implementation of various uses or human activities on it, following for this a methodology very limited and defined by the management team PAC/RAC (Regional Activity Centre of the Priority Action Programme, based in Croatia). The result is vulnerability maps of the territory at 1:100,000 scale for each use/action object of analysis. The unit of analysis is a 10x10m raster cell. The uses and actions considered are: new urban development, transformation to crops under plastic, transformation to crops -from the street- (intensive or extensive crops, irrigated or dry, but grown -in the street-, that is, outside the greenhouse), implementation of large aerial or emerging linear infrastructures, industrial energy production plants (photovoltaic or thermosolar), wind farm, industrial projects implemented by way of Singular Actuation or Special Plans in Non-Urbanizable Soil (insulated industrial buildings in SNU) and resort-type projects with golf course. It also includes a maximum vulnerability map obtained from the maximum values of the vulnerabilities of the different uses/actions. Node of the Environmental Information Network of Andalusia.
