Dataset description

WMS service corresponding to the forecast, in terms of probability, of the extent of marine floods according to the different scenarios set out in the IPCC report of 2013; RPC2.6, RPC4.5 and RPC8.5 (Gregory, 2013) and by Jevrejeva et al. (2012), who estimates an average sea rise that exceeds by 0.21 m. the most pessimistic scenario of the IPCC (RPC8.5). Through a probabilistic analysis of the sea levels expected at the end of the 21st century, a series of results have been derived with cartographic implementation for the environment of the estuary of the Tinto and Odiel rivers (Huelva) based on a digital model of elevations with resolution of 1 m. (LIDAR data, REDIAM-2013). It includes a current flood model represented by a blue ramp that serves as a reference and mapping base to the models planned according to each scenario. Node of the Environmental Information Network of Andalusia. Junta de Andalucia. Integrated into the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia, following the guidelines of the Andalusian Cartographic System.
