Renewable CyL: Excluding Wind

Indicative mapping of the land on which renewable energy projects and their auxiliary infrastructure would not be permitted under Article 13 of “Decree-Law 2/2022 of 23 June, adopting urgent measures to speed up the management of European funds and boost economic activity” (BOCYL 24.6.2022). All the criteria of Article 13 of DL 2/2022 have been taken into account, except for “other public service facilities located on rustic soil”, the condition of which must be analysed in particular in each case. For the delimitation of the wind farm exclusion zone, the following criteria have been taken into account: — Network of Natural Protected Areas, except in the Protective Mountains and in the catalogues of public utility — Critical areas of protected species with conservation or recovery plan — Distance less than 500 meters from a good of cultural interest — Distance less than 1,000 meters from urban centers — Distance to less than 1,000 educational centers, health centers and social and health care located on rustic soil — Irrigated areas It is possible to consult all the cartographic information for viewing or downloading through the following links:
