Dataset description

Soil variables calculated for the project "Biomasa Forest in Andalusia. Model of stocks, growths and production. Conifers. Continuous maps of 100x100 m have been obtained for the Andalusian region of soil variables derived from edaphometric techniques that allow to correlate the information obtained from direct soil observations (profiles) with the main environmental variables that contribute to soil formation, using the hybrid spatial prediction procedure (regression-kriging). Specifically: — Weighted average sand content throughout the soil profile in % — Weighted average of the silt content over the entire soil profile in % — Weighted average of the clay content throughout the soil profile in % — deep soil up to horizon R in cm — Weighted average of saturated hydraulic conductivity throughout the soil profile in cm/day — Average Organic Matter Weighted in the soil profile in % — Average organic material on the soil horizon in % — Average soil profile weighted pH in water throughout soil profile — Weighted average of fine soil content throughout soil profile in % — Active limestone in % — Cation exchange capacity in meq/100 gr — Base saturation percentage in % — Nitrogen content in the soil surface horizon in % — Weighted average of water retention capacity throughout soil profile in mm/m
