Dataset description
Image of differences (°C) of the annual average sea surface temperature (SST) compared to the mean for the period 2000-2016. The images involved in calculating the difference image are captured by the AVHRR (Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer) sensor on board the NOAA satellite. The image of anomalies presents a single band with information of temperature differences in °C and a resolution of 1 100 m.
