Dataset description

Eco-cartographic studies of the coast comprise a series of studies of maritime engineering and marine environment ecology. The Eco-Cartographic Studies of the Litoral are owned by the General Directorate of Sustainability of the Coast and the Sea, belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (MAGRAMA). The themes of the study are: Bathymetric studies, Line Zero, Seabed Morphology, Beach Classification, Marine Sediments, Marine Biological Studies, Water Quality, Natural Heritage and Land Use Plan of the Coastal Strip. Date of data: El Hierro-La Gomera: year 2003 Southern area of Gran Canaria: year 2000 Lanzarote: years 2000-2001 Fuerteventura: years 2003-2006.
