Dataset description

WMS Integrated Topographic Map Service is based on existing Topographic Maps 1:5,000 and 1:1,000, which have been merged and updated using two flights: a low flight (GSD digital flight 8 cm/pixel, for urban areas) and a high flight (digital flight GSD 22.5 cm/pixel, for the rest of the zones) through the application of field support processes, aerotriangulation, photogrammetric restitution, digital editing and cartographic quality controls. Reference system ITRF93. Ellipsoid WGS84. REGCAN95 Geodesic Network (v2001). Projection system UTM Huso 28. Altitudes referring to the average sea level determined on each island. In the latest updates of this map such as those made in the islands of Fuerteventura, La Gomera, Gran Canaria and El Hierro, a digital flight at 20 cm/pixel has been used to update the 1:5,000 cartography and a digital flight of 8.4 cm/pixel for zones 1:1,000. It contains the current data (most recent MTI for each island). Date of data: Lanzarote: the flight for the 1:5,000 stopover is from 2017 and the flight for 1:1,000 is from 2016 Fuerteventura: the flight for 1:5,000 is from 2018 and the flight for 1:1,000 is from 2018-2019 Gran Canaria: flights of both stopovers are from 2019 La Palma: flights of both stopovers are from 2016 The Iron: the flight for 1:5,000 is from 2021 and the flight for 1:1,000 is from 2020-2021 La Gomera: flights of both stopovers are from 2018 Tenerife: the flight for 1:5,000 is from 2017 and the flight for 1:1,000 is from 2017-2018
