WMS Service of Orthophotography of Andalusia (2010-2011). Integrated in the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia following the guidelines of the Statistical and Cartographic System of Andalusia.
This map service groups together the photogrammetric flights carried out within the PNOA Basic 10-11 project, corresponding to the southern half of Andalusia and carried out in 2010 and the two photogrammetric flights carried out within the PNOA Basic 10-11 project, corresponding to
the northern half of Andalusia and made in 2011. The generation of orthophotography and the digital model of the land has been financed by the ERDF FUNDS of the European Union. This 50 cm resolution orthophotography has been produced from photogrammetric flights
performed in the summer of 2010 (half south) and summer 2011 (half north). In all the photogrammetric flights, stereoscopic coverage of the entire work area has been provided and the images with information in RGB, infrared and panchromatic have been captured.
For the realisation of the orthophotography of the PNOA Basic has been used the MDT generated in 2008, in which have been updated those elements such as roads, bridges or viaducts that have undergone changes. They have also been included in the process of obtaining orthophotography
data from the GPS/INS and IMU systems of the aircraft and camera during flight. Finally, a continuous geometric orthophotography of the work area has been obtained, at a geometric resolution of 50 cm and with RGB information. The mosaic of orthophotographs has been applied a balance
semi-automatic radiometric to achieve chromatic continuity in the product. The distribution unit is the sheets defined in Royal Decree 1071/2007 at 1:10.000 scale, with an overlap zone between contiguous orthophotos. As for the reference system, the project coordinates
they are given in ETRS89 with UTM projection in spindle 30 and in spindle 29 for those leaves found in this spindle. This product has been subjected to the quality controls provided according to the specifications of the PNOA, achieving a geometric accuracy with an RMSE less than 1 m.
