WMS Service Service. Topographic Map of Andalusia 1:10.000 raster (year 2013). The Topographic Map of Andalusia (MTA) is conceived as a topographic basis, which includes the general elements found in the territory, and oriented for its exploitation by computer systems as well as for the elaboration of cartographic outputs (maps). The reference scale is 1/10,000, so the level of detail and geometric accuracy of the entities must be consistent with this value. The extent of its scope is limited to the territory of the autonomous community of Andalusia. In order to facilitate the exchange of data with other autonomous communities and following the premises of the Higher Geographical Council (CSG), the data model of the MTA is based on the definitions established in the Topographic Base of Andalusia (BTA) developed by CENG. The BTA model is currently under improvement after it has been adopted in some ACs and in order to bring it closer to INSPIRE’s specifications. Map layout and edited of the Cartographic Base of Andalusia, has been assigned a symbology to the different geometries and layout the toponymy. The topographic data are derived from the photogrammetric restitution of PNOA flights 2010-2011. Note that the level curves are generated from the restored ground elements and the digital model of the PNOA 2010-2011 terrain. The cartographic database is supplemented by thematic information from other producing bodies such as land uses from the data generated in the SIOSE project, the limit of natural spaces based on the information provided by REDIAM, the toponymy from the project Nomenclator Geographic de Andalucía (NGA) or administrative limits from Spatial Data of Andalusia (DEA).
