Esta capa muestra las cuencas y subcuencas de la Región de Murcia y sus características: Tamaño y Forma y Parámetros Hidromorfométricos. Se han identificado 9 Zonas (Mar Mediterráneo, Mar Menor, Vega Media del Río Segura, Bajo Guadalentín, Vega Media del Río Segura (margen derecho), Vega Media del Río Segura (margen izquierdo), Cabecera del Río Segura y Altiplano) y más de 11000 subcuencas. Estos son los resultados del Inventario de Cauces y Cuencas Naturales de la Región de Murcia donde se realizó un inventario, clasificación y delimitación de cuencas y red de drenaje.
