Contracts registered in the Register of Contracts of the City of Madrid. The applicable legislation on public procurement regulates the creation and operation of the Register of Public Sector Contracts, in which the basic data of the contracts awarded by the different public administrations and other public sector entities subject to the said regulation will be entered. The City Council of Madrid has its own Register of Contracts, through which the information of the contracts subject to the Law on Public Sector Contracts is centralised, awarded by the City of Madrid and its public bodies, as well as by the different entities, bodies and entities that make up the municipal public sector. The statutory time limit for the contracting authorities to submit to the Register of Contracts the corresponding documents for the registration of each contract is two months from the date of its conclusion. In this data set you can download for reuse the files of formalised contracts, those based on framework agreement, contract modifications, extensions, penalties and minor contracts. The information in each category is updated monthly with the contracts registered in the Register of Contracts of the City of Madrid. From March 2021 there is a change in the structure of the contract file that adds new fields, the contracts that remained to be registered in 2020 maintain the previous structure and those formalised and registered in 2021 are adapted to the new structure.
