Dataset description
The Construction Costs Index (ICCE) operation provides a statistical measure of the joint cyclical evolution of the cost of intermediate consumption and labour costs, without considering other factors, for the Basque Country as a whole. The index makes it possible to deflate monetary variables with Community deflators. It also facilitates the monitoring of the costs of a sector whose participation in the Basque economy as a whole is important.
