Dataset description

From 2017 by the General Council of the Judiciary, it was agreed to create specialised bodies in disputes related to the general conditions included in financing contracts with real estate rights whose borrower is a natural person, known as matters on floor clauses. Subsequently, and through successive agreements, the General Council of the Judiciary has been maintaining the specialty of some of these courts, being abolished in other cases. This panel presents, among other aspects, visualisations and information on the volume of applications in this matter, as well as the decisions issued. With the aim of knowing the status of these judicial bodies, the data from the quarterly bulletins collected by the General Council of the Judiciary from the third quarter of 2017 to the last available are provided. The data include: · Those relating to the movement of affairs: entry into judicial bodies (claims filed) in the selected period; matters resolved in the period. · Number of judgments, final orders and decrees issued in the selected period. · Number of appeals, against orders and sentences, raised during the period for processing by provincial hearings. · Number of appeals returned by provincial hearings once resolved, classified in which they fully confirm the initial decision, revoke it in whole or in part or annul it. · Number of markings for the selected period, and number of them actually held in the same and, from 2018, differentiating whether they are pre-hearings or trials.
