Direct sale of primary products

Information on the direct sale of primary products from agricultural and forestry holdings to final consumers and retail establishments, in accordance with Decree 163/2016 of 18 October 2016 regulating that exercise. The regulations, which are highly demanded by the sector, especially in the field of organic production, make it possible to sell agricultural and forestry products directly from farms to final consumers, improving the economic diversification of many small farmers and livestock farmers, and offering numerous advantages for both producers and consumers. In total, 22 categories of unprocessed agricultural and forestry products, intended for human consumption, up to a limit of annual quantity, depending on the product, come from holdings located in Andalusia. The data set collects: province, municipality, name or business name and contact details, product types and date.
