Indicators ‘Citizen Attention and Business’

Indicators prepared by the Observatory of Electronic Administration. They show the evolution of penetration and use of common electronic services provided to citizens, businesses and different administrations from the Directorate of Information and Communications Technologies (DTIC). In particular, they refer to Citizen Care and Business. Among the data provided are: Office 060 Phone 060 Cl@ve Start in 3 EUGO Face IPS (Register Selective Tests) AE Mobility (mobile apps) General Access Point PAG SIA VALIDATE The data contain the temporal evolution of the indicators. Each indicator has a monthly evolution (last three years) and a year-on-year evolution. The period of the same depends on the indicator since there are systems that have entered production in 2014 and others that have entered production in 2008. As for the geographical coverage of the data, depending on the indicator it may have geographical breakdown by Autonomous Community, province or municipality, but this information is not included in the information resource subject to this definition, being available on the DATAOBSAE portal http://dataobsae.administracionelectronica.gob.es; in the ‘Indicator Map’ tab, have that breakdown.
