Inspections of premises subject to the Public Shows and Recreational Activities Act

The data set collects inspected premises whose activity is subject to the provisions of the Law on Public Shows and Recreational Activities (LEPAR). Law 17/1997, of 4 July, on Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities regulates public shows and recreational activities that take place in the territory of the Community of Madrid. This Law grants municipalities the exercise of the inspection functions that guarantee compliance with the regulations governing establishments and premises and the holding of public shows and recreational activities without prejudice to the inspection functions that the Community of Madrid may perform within the scope of its competences.
