Dataset description

The Inventory of entities dependent on the Autonomous Communities classifies the autonomous entities according to the rules of the European System of National and Regional Accounts. It informs of the legal nature and sources of financing of the following entities: General administrations of each of the Autonomous Communities. Autonomous bodies and public entities linked or dependent on the General Administration of each of the autonomous communities. Universities and entities and foundations in which they participate. Commercial companies with a majority shareholding, directly or indirectly, of the Autonomous Community; either have a majority of votes or control the appointment of its governing bodies, be it sole administrator or board of directors. Non-profit institutions that are controlled or financed mostly by one of the subjects listed. Consortia that the Autonomous Communities may have established with other public administrations for purposes of common interest or with private non-profit entities pursuing general interest purposes. Public commercial companies or similar entities participated in by the Autonomous Communities. Of all of them, it offers the following data: Name of the Autonomous Community and name of bodies, entities, institutions, consortia and commercial companies linked to or dependent on it. In the case of associative entities, it specifies their composition and, where appropriate, the percentage of participation. Identification INE and CIF codes. Address and postal code of each entity. Institutional, statutory or corporate purpose attributed to each subject. Competences and activities entrusted to it by the standard or agreement of creation of the Entity. Resources that finance the activity of each of the entities. Dates of registration, discharge or modification, if applicable. Supporting documents for each action (creation rule, statute, etc.). The database also allows access to the following additional information: Report on the regional sector Report on the reorganisation of the autonomous public sector.
