Dataset description

In accordance with the Law on the Planning of the Territory of the Basque Country, the Partial Territorial Plans will develop the Territorial Planning Guidelines in the areas or supra-municipal areas that they define, specifying for each of them the specific planning criteria set out in the Guidelines. The Territorial Planning Guidelines define 15 geographical areas, called Functional Areas, on the basis of geographical, economic and social criteria.
