Dataset description

Daily data in each basic health area. Weekly update. Daily incidence of sick patients and the percentage of sick people by number of health cards in each basic health area. Patients and percentages for the last 7 and 14 days are also indicated. PCR columns refer to PDIA (active infection diagnostic tests), which determine the incidence by ZBS. PDIA includes both positive PCRs and Antigen Tests (Ag). In the case of PCR, the first positive is counted. The calculation of the incidence of the disease has been carried out taking into account the number of affected in relation to the number of cards per basic health area. Those people who have ceased to have symptoms compatible with COVID19 are not counted. The data are collected since February 29, 2020. The patient data includes all coronavirus-compatible diagnoses (COVID-19 pneumonia and COVID-19 disease). Medora’s record (primary care clinical history) included until March 14 only patients diagnosed by PCR test (molecular screening test). Since 14 March and after the modification of the disease by the Ministry of Health, patients with clinical suspicion of disease have been included. As of January 13, 2022, all the tests of Autotest de Ag (Pharmacy Test) that are notified through the App Sacyl Conecta are integrated into the information systems of Castilla y León. It also reports the PCRs carried out and their porcetates as well as the positive PCR data and the rate for 10000 health cards, both for each day and for the last 7 and 14 days.
