Registration of Lobbies

The Lobbies Registry is the public and free space in which any natural and legal person or entities without legal personality that want to act directly or on behalf of a third party must register if they want to assert any interest in the elaboration of municipal regulations, in the design and development of municipal public policies and in the decision-making of general and collective impact of the City of Madrid and its autonomous bodies. The creation of the Lobbies Registry is regulated in Chapter VI of the Transparency Ordinance of the City of Madrid. Its main objectives are to achieve greater transparency in the decision-making process and to know what interests the people who meet with the highest public officials represent. Subsequently, Law 10/2019 of 10 April 2019 on Transparency and Participation of the Community of Madrid is approved, which regulates in Chapter II the content of the registration, and the rights and obligations of the persons or entities that register. This data set offers the data in reusable format of the lobbies registered and in active status in the Lobbies Registry of the City of Madrid. In this portal, the institutional agenda data set is also available in reusable format.
