Registration of personal data processing activities

This set of data, includes the list of personal data processing of the City of Madrid, in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (full application from 25/05/2018) With the full application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, General Data Protection Regulation, on May 25, 2018 the obligation to notify the registration of files, whether public or private, disappears in the Register of Files of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, without prejudice to the obligation to prepare and keep updated the Registry of Treatment Activities. It incorporates information of each processing of personal data including the controller, categories of data subjects and data, technical and organisational measures, legitimacy for the processing and retention periods.
