Dataset description

The WMS Service (Web Map Service) called "Agglomerations (Q2019. Dir 91/271/EEC)" allows the visualisation and consultation of the set of data representing a geographical area formed by one or more municipalities, or by one or more of them, which by its population or economic activity constitutes a source of waste water generation justifying its collection and conduction to a treatment plant or a final discharge point (Article 2 of Royal Decree-Law 11/1995) and Directive 91/271/EEC. The mapping corresponds to the active agglomerations greater than or equal to 2,000 equivalent inhabitants reported in the last monitoring report “Questionnaire 2019” (Q2019) containing status data as of December 2016 of the implementation of Directive 91/271/EEC reported to the European Commission in 2020.
