For vehicles registered before Jan 1, 2013, the previous environmental vehicle definition (SFS 2004:1364) is used. For vehicles registered from 1 January 2013, new environmental vehicle definition (Road Traffic Tax Act SFS 2006:227) is used. Refers to cars which, according to the Road Traffic Register, are registered in the municipality and its majority-owned company.
