Dataset description

The dataset describes areas in Sweden where fishing is regulated by national regulations: Skagerrak, Kattegatt, the Baltic Sea, and Sweden's largest lakes, rivers and canals. Even some areas from EU-delegated regulations (often those affecting anglers) are included. New publications of the Spatial regulations for fisheries (including for recreational fisheries) are generally released several times each year. The dataset Spatial regulations for fisheries (including for recreational fisheries) is not binding in a court of law, and it is always the source documents that are legally binding.
