Describes the year that a new building/conversion has been carried out on a road section, and partly the year that a reinforcement work has been carried out on a stretch of road. The purpose of the data product is to show which year an investment measure was carried out on the route in order to be able to account for effects in relation to the investments made, plan new investments and follow up on costs incurred on each route.
