Dataset description

In the data set of supplier’s accounts you will find information about the purchases made, supplier name, purchasing organisation, verification number and more. The verification number is a unique identifier that can be used if you wish to receive the invoice to which the purchase relates. In some cases [contains personal data]. This means that the provider is an individual entrepreneur and that the company’s name and company registration number are subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. When it says [Can contain personal data], this means that it has not been possible to determine by automatic means whether the supplier is an individual entrepreneur or not; these may, for example, be foreign suppliers or reimbursements of expenses paid by employees. When it says [Can be subject to confidentiality], it means that any information relating to the purchase may be covered by confidentiality and that a more careful examination must be carried out. To receive underlying invoices, use Södertälje municipality’s e-service: https://service.sodertalje.se/bestall-fakturabild and provide the verification number of the invoice(s) you are interested in. A description of the specification from which the data set is based is available via dataportal.se https://www.dataportal.se/sv/specifications/leverantorsreskontra/latest
