Dataset description

The compound type refers to road sections that have Auto Traffic Monitoring with Speed Cameras. The distance starts at the first sign and ends where the first sign is in the opposite direction. The purpose of the data product is to show where the road sections that have Automatic Traffic Monitoring with Speed Cameras are located. The data product (type of occurrence) is described by giving it a distribution, a position on the road network, and one or more attribute types. In some cases, attribute types are missing and only the connection between the phenomena to the road network is described. All types of phenomena are linked to the road network so that they can be viewed in a uniform manner in relation to each other and to the road network. The location of the phenomenon on the road network — the distribution — is created by applying the phenomenon’s location to one or more valid reference link identities. There are different types of distributions to describe the location of the phenomenon; distance, point, node, turn, road propagation and road propagation with host. Most phenomena have the range type of stretch. The description of a phenomenon type is made with one or more attribute types through valid data types and values sets. All phenomena have a unique ID and a validity in time. The validity of phenomena on the road network is described by the validity of the phenomenon’s connection to the road network and the temporal validity of the road network.
