GE.Borrholes are designed to meet INSPIRE data specification for Geology theme by coding according to GeoSciML 4.1.
GE.Borrhole is a compilation from a number of data sets at SGU where data on boreholes and stock sequences are collected.
Accounting of stock sequences is highly simplified. Only one layer of soil and a rock layer are distinguished where possible, different soil types or rocks in a sequence of layers are therefore not reported in this data set.
