Dataset description

Move and Chill is a pilot project to test a smart sensor that increases the length of stay on a seat element. Dependencies such as temperature, humidity and noise levels are increased. The sensors are mounted on chairs on Vulkanplatz and Münsterhof. The data is collected every 30 minutes. The following is collected: — Duration of stay — Air temperature — Humidity — Location (3-4 m accuracy) — Noise level The following will be checked: — The robustness and reliability of the sensors — Data transmission and its interfaces — Energy efficiency and sustainability — The effort required for the evaluation and data preparation Data preparation: — The data will be updated at night — The data is provided as 30-minute values **Purpose**: Collection of data on free space-specific usage behaviour. Check the usability of the sensors for long-term surveys.
