The municipalities operate their own data collection points for the data of the ÖREB cadastre within their area of responsibility or instruct private individuals to operate a data collection point. The data collection points, which are operated by the municipalities or by commissioned private individuals, check the data in accordance with the cantonal specifications and transmit the data to the Office of Geoinformation.
