Planning zones (mobg)

Article 88 Planning zones 1 In order to secure the free disposal of the necessary soil for the construction of a mobility infrastructure, the directorate or municipality may adopt planning zones. 2 In the planning zones, without the authorisation of the Directorate, if it is a mobility infrastructure for which the State has drawn up a mobility infrastructure plan, or the municipality, in the case of a different mobility infrastructure, no new and no conversion that increases the value of the building or land may be carried out. 3 The authorisation may be granted if the projected works do not make the construction of the mobility infrastructure more difficult or expensive and if it does not interfere with the setting of building limits.
