Refund pursuant to Art. 15b EnG for electricity-intensive end-users

Reimbursement of the surcharges on the transmission costs of the high-voltage networks pursuant to Article 15b of the EnG for electricity-intensive end-users. Electricity-intensive companies can be partially or fully reimbursed the grid surcharge for the promotion of electricity from renewable energies upon request and in the event of compliance with certain requirements. The reimbursement of the grid surcharge is regulated by the Energy Act (Art. 15bbis) revised as of 1 January 2014 and in the Energy Ordinance revised on 1 April 2014 (Articles 3 l to 3oocties).
