Dataset description

The data set contains the analysis data from the binational Rhine monitoring station (RÜS) in Weil am Rhein (Rhine kilometer 171.37) since the station was established in 1993 from the matrix suspended materials. The Rhine is currently being investigated for 670 pollutants, 420 of which are daily. The maintenance of the plant and the analysis are provided by the Office for Environment and Energy of the Canton of Basel-Stadt (AUE). The client is the State Agency for Environment, Measurements and Nature Conservation Baden-Württemberg (LUBW) and the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (BAFU). http://www.aue.bs.ch/umweltanalytik/rheinueberwachungsstation-weil-am-rhein.html
