The numbering of the blocks consists of the two-digit residential district number, the single-digit district number and the three-digit block number (in each label separated by points):
— Blocks have no name and are only referenced by the number.
— Example block around the Clara Church: BLO_ID 121014, the name (BLO_Label) is 12.1.014
