Dataset description

Export data of the study “Study Winterstrom Switzerland — What can domestic photovoltaics contribute?” (2019). This study examines in three scenarios how much the share of photovoltaics (PV) in Switzerland’s winter power supply could be. In this winter electricity study, production profiles for PV plants for the years 2004-2018 are generated for all municipalities in Switzerland. There is a set of production professionals for each of the three scenarios. In addition, the production profile of the overall potential (GP) of PV in Switzerland is stored, as well as the production profile of all flat roofs, assuming that south-facing PV systems would be built (FA).
